Exchanges/Returns

PLEASE FILL IN THE REURNS FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE STATING WHICH SIZE YOU WANT IN EXCHANGE OR (IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE INVOICE) ENCLOSE A NOTE, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO CONTACT US.

We ask you to return your belts to us within a week for exchange/refund, if you return later (over 3 weeks) we offer an exchange or credit. We can only refund to the original customer, if received as a gift we can offer an exchange.

Please note postage is only refunded if an item is faulty, if the item qualified for free postage (over £60.00 cost) and is returned for a refund we deduct the cost of standard shipping which is £3.90.

When exchanging from outside the UK the customer is asked to pay the return postage to their delivery address.
